Working alongside Mr Wilson are Practice Manager Kim Moss and Personal Assistant Lily Calloway. From your first enquiry through to your consultation, surgery and post-operation, Kim and Lily are able to offer an outstanding level of communication and support.
I have worked with Sherif since 2019; briefly having some maternity leave in 2021 to have my daughter. I returned as Practice Manager, and we welcomed Lily to our growing and busy practice. I have 10 years’ experience within Healthcare, working within several different specialities. I love my role; every day there is a new challenge and something to learn. I love getting to know our patients and being their support from the point of initial enquiry through to the final result. As a mum, I love spending time with my family, taking my two dogs on long walks and making new memories.
I am a new addition to the secretarial team and come to the practice with nearly a decade of admin experience. My favourite part of the job is hearing how happy patients are with their results! In my spare time I study forensic linguistics; bake cakes; and enjoy watching true crime documentaries.
We are a small team of two, therefore as a new patient we will get to know you and will have lots of contact with you throughout your journey. You know when calling the office number, you’ll always speak to one of us, and there aren’t any call centres or recorded messages in sight! We pride ourselves on being emotionally sensitive, communicative, personable, and efficient. We have had lots of teaching from Mr Wilson himself so are equipped to confidently answer most questions, but if there are any clinical questions that we cannot answer we will always speak to Mr Wilson and come back to you. We support Mr Wilson with running his busy practice but most importantly, we are here to support our patients (Afterall, it wouldn’t be busy without our patients! Many return to see Mr Wilson multiple times or refer Family and Friends). Surgery can be daunting for some people, but we will try to make your experience as effortless and as straight forward as possible!
