Working alongside Mr Wilson are Practice Manager Kim Moss and Personal Assistant Kayleigh Lloyd. From your first enquiry through to your consultation, surgery and post-operation, Kim and Kayleigh are able to offer an outstanding level of communication and support.

Kim Moss

Practice Manager

I began working with Mr Wilson in 2019 as his Personal Assistant and, following maternity leave in 2021 to welcome my beautiful daughter, returned as Practice Manager in 2022. I bring over ten years of experience within a hospital setting across a range of specialties and have since developed a strong focus within cosmetic and plastic surgery.

With a calm, approachable manner and a high level of emotional awareness, I am committed to ensuring every patient feels supported, informed, and at ease throughout their surgical journey. I take pride in providing a seamless experience and being a consistent point of contact from the initial enquiry through to surgery, recovery, and final results. Clear communication, discretion, and exceptional patient care are central to my role.

I genuinely love my role—every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn, and I find great fulfilment in supporting our patients through such an important and personal experience.

Outside of the clinic, I value time with my daughter and family, creating lasting memories and enjoying the calm moments of life with our two dogs.

Kayleigh Lloyd

PA to Mr Wilson

I have gained over five years’ experience as a Private Secretary in a hospital setting, with a variety of specialities. Alongside my administrative background, I have experience in the beauty industry, giving me a strong understanding of aesthetics and patient care. I enjoy helping people feel comfortable, informed, and well looked after, both professionally and personally.

Outside of work I enjoy spending quality time with my daughter, making special memories, and embracing all the little moments that come with family life.

We are a small team of two, which means as a new patient we quickly get to know you and stay closely involved throughout your journey. When you call the office, you’ll always speak directly to one of us — no call centres or automated messages. We pride ourselves on being approachable, emotionally sensitive, communicative, and efficient. Having received extensive teaching from Mr Wilson, we are confident in answering most questions, and for anything clinical we will always consult with him and come back to you promptly. While we support Mr Wilson in running his busy practice, our priority is always our patients. We understand that surgery can feel daunting, so we aim to make your experience as smooth, supportive, and straightforward as possible.
